At La Plume we celebrate life with flavour. Our kitchen is inspired by the French bistro tradition, yet rooted in Twente. We believe in simplicity, elegance and above all a love for the product.

Each dish tells a story of passion: from carefully selected regional produce to classic French preparations with a modern twist. We collaborate with local farmers and artisan suppliers, because quality starts with provenance.

La Plume is not a place for hurry, but for enjoying. For an aperitif at the bar, a long Sunday lunch or a dinner that tastes like attention. And in good weather we invite you to our splendid terrace, where you can relax in the sun, enjoy the view and our hospitality.
