General Rules
All instructions from the staff of The Resort Bad Boekelo related to house rules must be followed.
Smoking in the hotel or in the room is not allowed.
In case of fire, remain calm. Report the fire to the reception and/or activate the nearest fire alarm.
In case of a general fire alarm, leave the building immediately.
Never use the elevators in case of fire.
A valid ID must be presented during check-in. Check-in is allowed from the age of 18.
There are cameras in various locations within the building. Anyone present in our hotel agrees to being recorded. In case of emergencies and/or incidents, these recordings may be shown to third parties as supporting material.
Lost items must be handed in at the reception.
